Stage 1: Receiving demand of consultancy

After receiving information of clients, we start studying and confirm clients’ demands. In this stage, Viethangroup’s professional division can work with clients via phone, email or meet directly to exchange relevant content.

Stage 2: Consulting and signing contract

After confirming clients’ demand, Viethangroup’s professional division analyzes and evaluates contents necessary for the deploy  and demand description set-up. In this step, we will appoint experienced experts who is also in charge of meeting clients directly to consult.

After mutually obtaining the unanimous content of work and the charge for service, two parties will sign the contract.

Stage 3: Setting up plan for task carry-out

After consulting and fully receiving information, necessary documents, we carry out the following tasks:

• Setting up records of company establishment;

• Transferring records to client for confirmation;

• Informing clients of  progress of tasks;

• Submitting records of business registration at the Department of Planning and Investment;

• Keeping track of the process and announcing  results of the submitted records;

• Receiving certificate of business registration from Department of Planning and Investment (representative of enterprise is required to accompany with our staff for acknowledge receipt of business registration certificate by signing his / her name);;

• Registering and contacting service to have seal engraved for company at authorized Police Office;

• Receiving the certificate of seal sample and the seal of company (representative of enterprise is required to accompany with our staff for acknowledge receipt of  seal by signing his / her name);;

• Registering tax code for company;

• Liquidating the contract.

Stage 4: Consultation after establishing company

After finishing all procedures, we will send clients  the following documents:

a) The documentations issued by the appropriate authority:

• Certificate of business registration;

• Certificate of registered seal sample;

• Seal of legal person;

• Certificate of registered tax code.

b) The documents we draft for clients including:

• Company charter;

• Book of registered members / shareholders;

• Certificate of capital contribution;

• Forms for management;

• The legal instructions for the operation of enterprises;

• Minutes, Decision of the member Council/ meeting of shareholders / Board of Directors;

•  Decision of Director;

•  Letter of introduction;

•   Proxy;

•  Employment contract;

•   The legal instructions for the operation of enterprises;

c) While transferring the above documents, we will consult and instruct clients the following procedures:

• Consulting regulations on capital contribution, notifying the progress of capital contribution to Department of Planning and Investment;

• The compulsory time for proclaiming company establishment and notifying the opening time of  headquarter to public;

• Instructing requirements  to purchase invoices and form of payment to the State budget;

• Instructing to submit business rates tax and declaring  other relevant taxes;

• Supplying forms of tax declaration and tax payment;

• Supplying relevant legal documents as demand;
