1. Acceptance of  the consultative demand:

-    After receiving information from clients, we will expedite the study and confirm the request. In this stage, Viethan’s experts can work with clients via phone, email or meet them directly to exchange relevant contents.

2. Examination  and evaluation of legality of consultancy requirements and papers of clients

• Based on requirements and documents provided by clients, our lawyers will analyze and assess the legality, conformity to requirements for the implementation of work.

• In case clients need a lawyer to participate in the negotiation, meeting with clients’ partners in changing the content of investment license, we will arrange and ensure the participation conforming to clients’ requirements.

• We represent for clients to translate, notarize related papers;

3. To be representative of client to carry out procedures:

• Submitting application for changing Investment License

• Keeping track of the progress of work  and announcing to client the result of submitted records;

• Getting  Certificate of Investment at the Dept of Planning and Investment;

• Applying for seal-engraving  registration and contacting service for seal engraving; (if the adjustment needs changing the legal entity seal)

• Getting certificate of registered seal sample and company seal;

4 . The documents and information should be provided by clients:

• Content needs modifying as required;

• Certificate of Investment (notarized copy)

• Company Charter (copy);
