Content of consultancy on changing name of company:

1. Consulting on legal regulations about name of company:

•       Name of company is included: Vietnamese name, foreign name and abbreviated name. Company can adjust one of above names or all of them.

•       For name, company does not only change the business registration certificate but also change the seal and tax registration certificate. For foreign and abbreviated name, company only changes business registration certificate and adjust information to Tax Management Office  (not changing tax registration certificate);

We will consult on:

•       Selecting name of company;

•       Checking for guarantee that the new name is not coincident with the other comapny’s  one;

2. Completing document for changing  name of company:

•       Meeting Munitues of changing  name of company;

•       Decision on  changing  name of company;

•       Annoucement of business registration modification;

.   Annoucement of establishment of  member/shareholder registration book (for the first change)

•       Letter of attorney;

3. Being representative for procedures carry-out:
