The Detail Planning at 1/500 ratio of Castle Plaza Project is characterized by an architectural complex including deluxe Residence – Commerce – Office areas. Total area of the Project is 12.17 ha, of which 54,850 m2 goes for the deluxe high-rise apartments buildings, 9,238 m2 for Commercial Center and Office areas, 21,379 m2 for school areas (consisting of primary and secondary educations), the rest area of 13,796 m2 for green parks, garden and sport areas.

Basic information about Castle Plaza
- The Project is located in a prime land area of Hanoi where is projected to become the administrative – economic centre of the capital in the future, it is close to the National Convention Centre, My Dinh National Stadium etc.
- The project is in the middle of life-line traffic roads like Ho Tung Mau street, Nguyen Co Thach road and elongating Hoang Quoc Viet road, it is near to the route to Noi Bai International Airport. The Project possesses a lot of advantages and utilities that is a far different from other projects of the similar scope and functions in Hanoi.
- The Project is adjacent to subway station Metro No. 3, which will be put into operation at the same time with the project after completed and put into operation

- Office – Conventional – Commercial Centre Area (Block C) holds an area of 9,238 m2, of which the construction area owns 4,156 m2 with construction density of 45%. Gross building floor area is 120,298 m2. Its height is 40 floors (not including 2 basements and technical zones).
- Block C is functioned as a multi-functional tower, whose 5 first floors are used as the shopping and commercial area, amusement - cinema – gastronomical center. All the remaining floors from 6th floor upward will be offices and convention centre or spaces of luxurious events.
- The Tower regarded as a significant highlight located at the gate of the Project, characterized by green parks and open water spaces. It is aimed to generate a synchronous architecture situated at the central road axis and generating an aesthetical view linked to the planned green park.
- The tower is surrounded by a number of wide roads which are convenient for the public transportations like bus, taxi etc. They facilitate the office staffs as well as the visitors to the Project.
Block D: International schools area

- This includes 2 sections for primary and secondary schools, its area of 21,379 m2, of which the construction area owns 5,303 m2, the construction density is 24.8 %. Gross building floor area is 24,046 m2. Its height is 4 – 10 floors (not including basements for parking areas and technical zones).
- Number of students will be subject to the Construction Standard of Vietnam, particularly number of primary pupils will be 800 while that of secondary students will be 676. Total number of the students of both levels will be 1,476.
- Classroom system of each school will be arranged in separate manner, which is designed in a way of maximizing the natural lights equipped with advanced and modern teaching instruments. The classrooms are supported with auxiliary system like fitness center, clubs, experimental gardens, laboratories and sporty areas both indoor and outdoor etc. Such facilities help the students to develop comprehensively the health and intelligence. Total area for these items is 13,769 m2, they will be arranged in the hub axis between the residential areas. Traffic network:
Area planned for transportation roads is 14,760 m2 consisting of roads with cross sections of 24.5 m; 21.25 m and 17.5 m plus with the internal roads for the entire project. Probably, the transportation road system will cover the transportation needs of the Project at present and in the future, it connects to the transportation networks of the vicinity areas. Furthermore, each tower will be provided with a parking area in the basement, ensuring parking lots for all condominium units as well as the visitors to the Project.
